Analysis and explore of cultivation status quo of master of nursing postgraduate education in China

Abstract：It introduced the cultivation status quo of master of professional degree postgraduate in China from aspects of training programs,training approaches and evaluation system.It pointed out master of professional de-gree postgraduate in China is still in its infancy.in one aspect,we should draw of the experience accumulated by foreign nursing personnel training;in another aspect,we should start from reality and actively explore and es-tablish a reasonable training program,scientific training path and perfect e-valuation system,fostering qualified nursing specialist personnel,so as to promote the development of nursing career in China.
