Abstract：It reviewed the research progress on cognitive dysfunction in pa-tients with COPD,and pointed out that the study on cognitive dysfunction in patients with COPD was still in its infancy,Multi scale research tools learned from global scale,study sample size is too small,longitudinal cross sectional studies were more and longitudinal observation was little.We should formulate a unified research tool,draw the foreign research tools with a higher sensitivity and specificity or according to China’s national conditions and audio visual characteristics of the elderly to make the spe-cial knowledge scale suitable for the elderly in China.And we should ex-pand the sample size to increase the dynamic longitudinal study of cognitive function.To actively explore interventions and other aspects of future re-searches is needed for efforts.
