Observation and nursing care of postoperative compl ications in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic operation

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the nursing measures and effect of main complications in patients after undergoing gynecological laparoscopic oper-ation.Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out for the clinical data of 450 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic operation in recent 3 years,then the postoperative related complications were observed and corresponding and effective nursing measures were taken.Results:In 450 cases of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation,the incidence of complications was 20.44%.After active therapy and nursing measures,all patients healed and discharged.Conclusion:The nursing staff should make scientific and reasonable nursing plan,and to find and treat the complications of laparoscopic surgery,combined with effective nursing intervention,and speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
