Abstract:Obj ective:To probe into the effect of preemptive analgesia in pain control for patients after undergoing esophageal cancer surgery. Methods:A total of 240 cases of esophageal cancer patients undergoing operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,120 cases in each. The patients in control group were given routine analgesia nursing:pre-operative knowledge education of pain, postoperative pain evaluation by using numerical rating scale (NRS)after operation, carrying out targeted analgesic treatment based on score; The patients in observation group received preemp-tive analgesia knowledge education on the basis of routine analgesia nursing, predictability of pain assessment before executing postoperative each clinical operation, then according to the score to carry out predictability analgesic treatment.Postoperative pain score and incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications were compared in postoperative 24h,28h and 72h.Results:The postoperative pain in patients in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01 ),incidence of pulmonary complication was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preemptive analgesia can reduce postoperative pain degree in esophageal cancer patients and the occur-rence of pulmonary complications, and it is beneficial for patients’early reha-bilitation.
