Efficient supine in heel blood collected in neonatal disease screening

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into success rate of different supine used in heel blood collection of neonate.Methods:A total of 100 cases of neonates were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,50 ca-ses in each.Patients in experimental group used the modified position:head high feet low prone position,while patients in control group used routine position:flat supine position.The success rate of blood collection,vomiting and duration of blood collection were carefully compared between both groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference in dispositive success rate,neonate vomiting and duration of blood collection between both groups (P<0.05),those in experimental group were superior to that in control group.Conclusion:Feet low prone position has obvious superiori-ty in the neonatal heel blood collection,which can increase the success rate of blood collection,reduce the incidence of neonate vomiting,shorten the duration of blood collection,and reduce neonatal pain,and then improve the clinical efficiency.
