Analysis on effect of VSD for treatment of skin defect and its nursing

Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the effect of VSD for the treatment of skin defect and its corresponding nursing measures.Methods:A total of 1 1 6 patients with skin defect were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the VSD was adopted for patients in observation group (n=60),patients in control group (n=56)were treated with conventional dressing treatment,curative effect were compared and to probe into the nursing measures before and after VSD.Results:In observation group, drainage was unobstructed,infection was effectively controlled and gran-ulation tissue grew well and no bad reaction occurred;efficiency in obser-vation group was as high as 9 5%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (53.57%)(P< 0.05);dressing,antibiotics days, granulation tissue growth time,wound closed time and hospital stay of patients in observation group were significantly lower than that in con-trol group (all P< 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in observation group is significantly lower than that in control group and before treat-ment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of VSD is remarkable for skin defect,and it cooperated with comprehensive nursing measures will speed up the healing of skin defect.
