Abstract：nursing staff as an important professional crowd in health care, their mental health and work enthusiasm directly affect the whole health level of the social crowd.Psychological capital is an important concept in positive psychology,and it mainly expounds the positive and enthusiastic psychological resources.How to explore and mine the work enthusiasm and individual potential of nurses from the perspective of positive psychology is an important topic in the research of modern human resources manage-ment.Psychological capital is expected to be a kind of practical and effec-tive new type tool.
