Application of humanized care in patients undergoing breast lesions minimally invasive ENCOR

Abstract:Obj ective:To observe applied effect of humanized care in pa-tients undergoing breast lesions minimally invasive ENCOR.Methods:A total of 9 6 cases of patients undergoing select breast lesions mini-mally invasive ENCOR were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each,patients in control group received routine care,patients in observation group received humanized nursing intervention,including environmental care,humanized surgery explana-tion,humanized psychological intervention and humanized exercise guidance.Zung’s SAS,SDS self rating scale and WHOQOL BREF were used to evaluate the psychological state and quality of life condi-tions before surgery and at discharge.Results:The patient was SAS and SDS scores of patients in observation group were significantly low-er than that in control group when discharging,quality of life scores were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized care can significantly improve the anxiety and depression in patients undergoing breast lesions ENCOR minimally invasive surgery,and enhance their quality of life.
