Observation on clinical effect of electronic pulse combined with intra articular infusion with sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients and nursing care of it
Abstract：Obj ective:To probe into the clinical effect of electronic pulse combined with articular infusion with sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group,40 cases in each.Patients in observation group received elec-tronic pulses combined to articular sodium hyaluronate infusion therapy, the patients in control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate intra articular infusion therapy,then the therapeutic effect was compared be-tween both groups.Results:the efficient rate was respectively 97.5% and 82.5% in observation group and control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of electron-ic pulse combined with articular infusion with sodium hyaluronate for treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients is more significant than that of in-tra articular sodium hyaluronate infusion therapy.
