Application of continuity of nursing health education for patients with chronic servilities

Abstract：Obj ective:To study the clinical effect of continuity of nursing health education for patients with chronic servilities.Methods:A total of 3 200 cases of patients with chronic servilities were randomly selected ac-cording to odd and even numbers,and they were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group,1,600 patients in each.Patients in ob-servation group received continuity and full of health education,and the relevant knowledge was explained for patients;1600 cases of patients in control group received traditional methods of care and health education. Related knowledge questionnaire was used for patients were compared to the understanding of chronic cervicitis knowledge and patients’compliance behavior,awareness of health education knowledge and patients’satisfac-tion for the health care workers at the time of referral.Results:The total of 1 438 questionnaires were recovered,the recovery rate reached 89.95% in observation group.In control group a total of 1410 questionnaires were re-ceived,and the recovery rate reached 88.1%.After implementation of health education,the health education awareness rate was 88.55%,86.5%in compliance behavior,satisfaction rate was 93.9% in observation group;they were respectively 52.2%,37.4% and 69.8% in control group.There was statistically significant differences in the values obtained between both groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:To carry out the whole,standardized,coher-ent and regular health education for patients with chronic cervicitis can sig-nificantly improve the effectiveness and quality of education,enhance their awareness rate on chronic fervidities disease related knowledge and change the patient’s bad habits.
