Abstract：Obj ective:To explore the curative effect and nursing points of DERMABOND skin adhesive in benign breast tumor resection. Methods:The DERMABOND skin adhesive was used for wound clo-sure in 1 1 6 patients undergoing benign breast tumor resection,then to observe the clinical effect in four aspects of pain,wound healing,cos-metic outcome and patients’satisfaction after operation,and analyze and summarize the perioperative care.Results:DERMABOND skin ad-hesive showed many advantages including low postoperative incision pain,incision healed well and beautifully and high patients’satisfaction after operation.Conclusion:DERMABOND skin adhesive is safe and effective in benign breast tumor resection;to strengthen propaganda and incision observation is the key of perioperative care.
