Influence of systematic intervention on self care behaviors of elderly patients with chronic heart failure
Abstract：Objective:To observe the influence of systematic intervention on self care behaviors of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in 1 month and 3 months after discharging.Methods:A total of 200 cases of elderly inpa-tients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group received general nursing interventions,the patients in observation group received the systematic inter-vention including Educational interventions,behavioral interventions,psycho-logical interventions and disease and symptom management on the basis of general nursing intervention.The self care behaviors were compared in 1 month and 3 months after discharging between both groups.Results:In 1 month and 3 month after discharging,self care behavior ability of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Systematic intervention can effectively improve the self care behav-iors of elderly patients with chronic heart failure after discharging,but the long term effect still needs to be observed further.
