Abstract:3D optical measurement system is one of the important methods of 3D reconstruction.During camera calibration, the internal and external parameters of the camera can be obtained by calculating and optimizing the reprojection error in the 2D co-ordinate system. In 3D optical measurement system, the reprojection error is large due to the imprecise camera calibration, and the 3D reconstruction accuracy of objects is also affected. In order to improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction,a camera calibration method based on multiple constraints is proposed. This method can calculate more accurate reprojection error in 3D coordinate sys-tem and improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction. In the 3D reconstruction experiment, the camera calibration method based on multiple constraints is simple and accurate, and the 3D reconstruction accuracy is significantly improved. In the calibration pro-cess,there is no strict requirement on the position of the calibration plate.
