Ship Supportability Evaluation Based on Improved SPA

Abstract：This paper constructs the ship supportability evaluation index system,introduces the score scale improved attribute hierarchy model(AHM),and improves the critical weighting method by using entropy weight method and MEREC(Method based on the Removal Effects of Criteria).By using CM-TOPSIS comprehensive subjective and objective weights,combined with the im-proved set pair analysis method,a ship supportability evaluation model is established,and an example is given to verify the rational-ity and effectiveness of the model.
