Design of Temperature Control Method of Humidifier Heating Pipe Based on Multi-model Dalin Algorithm

Abstract：The temperature control of the heating pipe of the high-flow respiratory humidifier is a variable structure system with non-linearity,hysteresis and large inertia,and the model parameters change with the flow rate.For the problem of heating pipe temperature control,Dalin algorithm control based on multi-model switching is proposed,linearization is performed at the target temperature equilibrium point,and the model is selected according to the change of flow.Instrument test experiments show that the heating pipe temperature control system has higher control quality and it is suitable for humidification modes of different tempera-tures and different flows.
