Prediction of Protein Expression Regions Based on Three-based Periodicity Optimization

Abstract：Using conventional methods to find valuable protein expression regions will take a lot of time,resulting in ineffi?ciencies. Based on the three-based prediction of genes,the signal sequence is converted into digital signal by signal processing method. The signal processing strategy is used to identify the hidden features of the sequence. In order to handle sliding box selec?tion and boundary prediction problems,the traditional three-based prediction algorithm is improved,and the scalable sliding win?dow strategy is proposed to improve prediction accuracy,to make up for the lack of classical algorithms. The validation results of the whole genome of phellinus igniarius show that the algorithm has good efficiency and accuracy.
