Life Prediction and Reliability Analysis Based on Accelerated Degradation Data

Abstract：The test scheme of accelerated degradation test pilot of hydraulic pump is designed in this paper. On the analysis of the accelerated degradation test,the evaluation method of Weibull distribution is given under the accelerated degradation assess?ment method of model parameters. The Weibull distribution under the reliability,life expectancy and reliability of hydraulic pump life are studied. Finally,in order to take a certain type of hydraulic pump as an example,its reliability assessment and remaining life prediction are carried out.
