Abstract：In this paper,taking the shantytowns in Beijing as an example,combined with ArcGIS's powerful spatial analysis and data processing capabilities,in terms of revenue balance calculation,according to the actual collection of graphic and Excel da?ta,combined with the traditional cardinal correction method,the cost of the budget costs and benefits is measured,so as to analyze the statistics of the various land break-even situation. According to the situation of profits and losses in different places,the land can be assessed and calculated by bunding,so as to achieve the rationalization of income,so as to provide a reliable information ser?vices and decision-making basis for the government and developers in housing demolition and planning and construction.
