Abstract：This paper introduces the application,testing principle,testing method and testing circuitry of high speed AD con?verter B9243. The method of testing the static and dynamic parameters of the B9243 using the large-scale mixed-signal test system Micro FLEX is introduced,and how to suppress the noise during the test to improve the test accuracy of the dynamic parameters.
