Automated Calibration Technology Research of High-speed Loadboard Based on LabVIEW

Abstract：Loadboard is an essential part of automated test equipmen(t ATE)when testing. When testing speed of ATE is more than 200Mbps or rise time of testing signal is less than 1ns,the performance of loadboard has a significant impact on signal integrity. Therefore,loadboard needs periodical calibration. For the high-speed loadboard,a method of automated calibration is promoted and given in detail based on LabVIEW in this paper.
