Abstract：In view of the unreasonable price behavior and irregularities in the electricity market,the evaluation system of the electricity market supervision index based on the order relationship analysis is put forward.Through the experience of experts to de-termine the power market indicators of the weight,obtain the weight of each regulatory indicator.It effectively identifies the market power of market,to protect the electricity market healthy and efficient operation.And the numerical simulation is carried out to veri-fy the effectiveness of the algorithm.
