Abstract：Taking CNKI as the data source,by the method of content analysis,an systematical analysis of the highly quoted lit-eratures and review literatures of rural informatization in china is undertaken,and research development of this field from the per-spective of knowledge basis is revealed,induding basic connotation and development process,infrastructure construction,informa-tion resource construction,information service strengthening,information technology innovation,experimental unit and demonstra-tion applications,talent building and farmer training,informatization evaluation.
