Research on Throttle Manifold Pressure Control and its Simulation Model

Abstract：In the process of oil and gas well development,if the control is not good,it will result in the imbalance of the bot?tom hole pressure,which can lead to major safety accidents,such as overflow,well blowout,blowout and so on. These problems will result in the damage of well control equipment,the abandonment of oil and gas wells,and a series of environmental pollution problems. Therefore,the technical level of field production operators must be improved. In this paper,the combination of well con?trol training and physical simulation technology is used to design the well control simulation training system,the physical simulation training system can improve the fidelity of well controlled production environment when the well control operator is trained to achieve more efficient well control training effect and ensure that the trainees are able to work safely and reliably in the production of oil and gas wells.
