An Improved Wavelet Threshold Denoising Algorithm Based on Small Target Detection

Abstract：In the remote small target detection,because of the traditional wavelet threshold denoising method and its algo-rithm will lead to additional oscillation of the reconstructed signal and the existence of the constant deviation before and after pro-cessing. An improved wavelet threshold denoising method is proposed to get the improved function curve to approach the traditional threshold curve quickly by the method of the higher root. And then,this paper presents the overall design of the hardware modules of the small target detection system,and applies the improved wavelet threshold denoising method to the software design of the system. Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can segment remote targets more quickly and accurately than tra-ditional methods,and improve the precision and accuracy of the detection. It has certain practical value.
