A Computational Method of Optimizing Grating System

Abstract：When optimizing the grating system,its objective function is usually complex and multi-parameters. The objective function usually can not achieve the best value when single or simple repeat the GA program,the optimization for the parameters of function can not meet the optimized requirements. To cope with this question,this paper has improved the genetic algorithm and bought forward a set of process of running the improved genetic algorithm. The result turns to be accurate when this method is ap-plied to optimize the grating system and get the best optimization parameters of the objective function.
