Method of Comprehensive Evaluation for Crew Post Operational Capability

Abstract：Aiming at the problem of determining evaluation factor weight in the evaluation system of crew members,the calculation method of evaluation factor weight is studied.The combination of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method to determine the weight values is proposed.Based on this,the multi-level comprehensive evaluation model of crew post operational capability is built.An example of evaluation of some post operational capability is analyzed.The resuhs prove that this method is reasonable and feasible.It can provide useful reference for evaluation of various training system.
