Relationship Between Knowledge Sharing and Technology Innovation Based on SEM Algorithm

Abstract：With the economic globalization,the world is undergoing a profound change that the world economy has gradually been entering the knowledge economy era. Enterprises attach importance to the creation and sharing of knowledge creation,knowl?edge sharing,knowledge technological innovation for survival and development. In this paper,the structural equation method (SEM)is used to analyze the influencing factors of knowledge sharing and technological innovation. The results show that the main factors influence the relationship between the knowledge sharing and technology innovation,including the knowledge sharing sub?ject,the knowledge sharing channel,and the market demand. And it has a significant positive impact between making knowledge sharing and technological innovation,through analysis and changing of the SEM model.
