Function-Structure-State Mode Based on Model-Based Diagnosis

Abstract：With the rapid development of computer technology, the way of model-based diagnosis has become the core way of the fault diagnosis field.In order to provide the model for model-based diagnosis, the existing defects of common model are considered, according to the function-behavior-structure model of the product design cognitive process, the relationship between function, structure and state is analyzed, the black-box function-structure-state model is proposed.And this model has been modeling in order to diagnose the mechanical and electrical equipment.At last, an addition-multiplication system is taken for example, and the relationship of function, structure and state is analyzed, the input and output are forecasted.
