Ship LCC Based on Improved SVM Algorithm

Abstract：The prediction for Ship life cycle cost (LCC) has complex nonlinear feature with strong coupling between partions.In this article, an prediction model is built based on Improved SVM algorithm and the RBF kernel used in SVM for the promoting of estimate precision is researched.The availability of this prediction model is evaluated by the MSE function.The result as shown in tables indicates that the model is superior to traditional algorithm in prediction accuracy.
