Integrated Electronic Information System Framework and Index Distribution Method

Abstract：The top ability of integrated electronic information system is based on the information perception sensory a-bility,information transmission ability,command and control ability,information attack and defenseability,supportcapabili-ty,reaction ability,information sharing and systems integration capability.The integrated electronic information system framework is constructed.Index distribution methods and models are introduced based on the dynamic programming and La-grange multiplier method.
