Application of Improved PROBE Method Model in Software Project Scale Estimation

Abstract：In combination with the experience in the actual project to improve the PROBE method ,and an improved PROBE method model is put forward .Model takes improving the PROBE method as the core to understand the needs analy ‐sis and conceptual design ,scale related tables ,determine the size of the new parts ,determine the basis and reuse of parts size ,estimate the non programming tasks ,select the appropriate proxy ,select the size of the standard method ,according to the linear regression equation to determine the project size and other eight stages of how to get ,how to write and organize , when to enter the estimate ,the specific process gives a comprehensive guide .
