Soldiers' Performance Evaluation Based on Genetic Algorithms

Abstract：As a scientific method ,performance evaluation has been introduced into army in daily work ,but evaluation methods tend to be single ,and the more subjective assignment ways will be intend to decide the index of weight coefficients . In order to promote the reliability of the evaluation results ,A series of quantitative indicators are used to reflect every sol‐dier ,and the comprehensive optimization ability of genetic algorithm is used to realize the goal of comprehensive and objective evaluation of indicators .Finally ,an example proves that the evaluation method can increase accuracy .Implementation of quan‐titative method for performance evaluation of soldiers can comprehensively and objectively measure and evaluation of soldiers .
