Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model Components of Enterprise Performance Appraise Based on AHP

Abstract：In order to evaluate the performance scientifically and normally ,a fuzzy evaluation model is designed based on enterprise department analytic hierarchy process(AHP) .Through demonstrating enterprise department performance eval‐uation index system and hierarchical structure ,the qualitative and quantitative analysis model tool for enterprise department performance evaluation are provided ,the ambiguity of fuzzy evaluation and its mapping is described ,fuzzy performance ap‐praisal judgment matrix is established .At the same time ,the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight co index and its criterion ,fuzzy comprehensive model of enterprise performance is built ,and a model component on form interface is designed .According to a case study ,the feasibility and the operability of the performance model is demon‐strated .
