Abstract：Bitcoin is an anonymous digital cash based on P2P network .In this paper ,starting from the development present situation of the network virtual currency ,detailed analysis formation related technical principles and transaction process and the authentication mechanism from the technical level of Bitcoin ,affirmed its historical and revolutionary .At the same time ,aspects of problems of Bitcoin are analyzed ,its importance in the network virtual currency unification is explored .
