Abstract：The article established the evaluation system of coal enterprises ,then using AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation factors to establish a Hopfield neural network initial state to steady convergence of training ,realize the func-tion of asssciative memory and complete the dynamic evaluation to provide relevant information for corporate decision makers and users .
