Three-phase SPWM Inverter Circuit Dead Zone Effect Analysis Based on Matlab

Abstract：In three‐phase PWM bridge inverter circuit ,in order to avoid the same bridge arm switch short circuit ,it needs to set the dead time .Dead time can cause output voltage and current of inverter wave distortion ,correct analysis the influence of the dead time is an important basis of control compensation .A three‐phase bridge SPWM inverter circuit model is established by MATLAB/Simulink tool ,the affect caused by dead zone is analyzed ,and the affect of modulation depth and carrier frequency is discussed .It provides a reference for the controller design of three‐phase SPWM inverter circuit .
