Abstract：This paper introduces the new bionic swarm intelligence optimization algorithm ,the intelligent water drop al‐gorithm ,and analyzes the principle of bionics intelligent drop algorithm .According to the characteristics of the permutation flow shop scheduling problems with learning effect in this paper ,the algorithm for the corresponding change ,the calculated results by Matlab programming and simulation ,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of water droplets for intelligent algo‐rithm combination problem of permutation flow shop scheduling optimization .
