Abstract：Combining directory tree hierarchy coding with block coding ,a new type of tree‐like hierarchical coding com‐pression algorithm ,is compiled to realize drug classification and coding and meet the pharmaceutical producing enterprises , medical institutions and health care center ,health administration and pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative depart‐ment of work demand .It is advantageous to the drug production ,management ,usage ,supervision department to supervise and control the drug application information means .
