Abstract：Research on evaluation of steganalysis algorithm is important .It can evaluate some kind of stegnalysis algo‐rithm ,also can evaluate the performance of different algorithms for comparison .In this paper ,the method of grey hierarchy for evaluation of performance of steganalysis algorithm is used to establish the grey hierarchy model as well as the indicators according reliability ,error detection ,and detection rate to evaluate steganalysis algorithms .Experiment shows that the method of grey hierarchy is effective in evaluatin the performance of steganalysis algorithm .
