Abstract：Database performance optimization based on Oracle database application system development is crucial ,this article discusses telecom CRM based on Oracle database management analysis system performance optimization techniques , including SQL optimization ,index optimization ,partition technology and Oracle memory optimization techniques .Analysis and test show that the application of these optimization strategy ,and system response time is decreased obviously ,the effi‐ciency of the system improved ,the whole system performance to achieve the optimal state .
