Abstract：A lot of rescue resources and rescue points exist in oil field disaster accident emergent hesource sheduling .In order to ensure the decison maker can deploy emergency resources rapidly ,timely and accurately ,and reduce the rescue cost on the premise of relief effect ,B/S architecture and HS optimization algorithm taken as sheduling core algorithm are used to realize emergency resources sheduling system .The test proves that the system is reliable and efficient .
