Analysis of Effectiveness of Risk Operational Command Decision

Abstract：After comprehensive study of command and decision utility risk index ,the weighted fuzzy entropy method is pro‐posed .Linear programing method is used to determine the right weight ,thus avoiding the subjectivity in operational command deci‐sion ,and obtaining optimal solution .Finally ,an example is used to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the method .
