Evaluation of Uncertainty of Measurement of BC3193 Test Systems

Abstract：The method for evaluation of the uncertainty of the test system is introduced through the introduction of un‐certainty of measurement ,and taking the photoelectric coupler BC3193 test system as an example .In this paper ,the uncer‐tainty evaluation method on the uncertainty of other test system assessment also has great referential significance .
