A High Accuracy Calibration Method of Picoampere and Nanoampere DC Current

Abstract：A high accurate calibration method is proposed aiming at the problem of metrology of commercial picoampere and nanoampere DC current .The method covers the development of active DC current adapter and the establishment of volt‐age pick‐up model of high standard resistor ,then obtains the current by ohm's law .The result of verification set based on a‐bove demonstrates that ,it is convenient ,simple ,and applicable to picoampere and nanoampere DC current of any kind and most commercial grade .
