Online Measurement Method of Automatic Integrated Circuit

Abstract：A method of calibrating the integrated circuit automatic test equipment(ATE) by synchronizing and measur‐ing the process of testing is presented .This online measurement mirrored the status of the testing ,and the measurements are more reliable and effective .
