Abstract：In order to achieve calibration for mixed signal integrated circuit test system ,this paper analyzes the parame‐ters of mixed signal integrated circuit test system and the calibration principle of each parameter ,and puts forward a architec‐ture design solution of mixed signal integrated circuit test system calibration equipment .This solution has certain innovative‐ness ,can realize the versatility and portability of calibration equipment ,and realize automatic calibration progress .
