Abstract：The ship integrated navigation system has abundance and high redundancy of information ,but it has low uti‐lization of information and troubleshooting imperfection .The research of the reliability of information and fault detection or diagnosis to the system by the information fusion technology .It can apply effective accordance to the maintenance and deci‐sion .
