Application of Firefly Algorithm in Flow Shop Scheduling Problem with Personnel Flexibility

Abstract：Personnel Flexibility Flow Shop Scheduling Problem is more realistic and practical than classical FSP .First , the personnel‐machine diagram is proposed .Second ,it extends the PM matrix and FI index to measure the personnel flexibil‐ity .After improving the classical FSP model ,it is used to solve the Car system problems and practical example through two steps by firefly algorithm at last .All of these prove that it is effective and feasible .
