Emergency Supplies Location of the Repository in Reclamation System

Abstract：This paper studied on the problem of facilities location of the emergency supplies for reclamation system .It compared the advantages and disadvantages of general location models for example P-value model ,P-median location model and Coverage Model .Taking into account the efficiency ,fairness ,cost and many other factors ,this article established a Multi-Objective Decision Model .It got the optimal location of emergency facilities using linear weighted sum method for sol -ving the model .This method was tested in emergency operations in Qiqihar in Heilongjiang reclamation region .The results showed that the calculation outcome of Multi-Objective Decision Model was scientific and reasonable .At the same time ,it was an effective evidence to solve the problem of emergency supplies location .
