Interactive Evolutionary Algorithm Based on Improved Roulette Wheel Selection Strategy

Abstract：A novel interactive evolutionary algorithm is presented based on improved roulette wheel selection strategy . In the experiments ,this algorithm is used to solve the commercial poster designing problems ,which is the implicit optimiza-tion problem and is difficult to be solved directly by traditional evolutionary algorithm .Because of user's participation ,the RS-IEA not only reserves the advantage of solving optimization problems ,which the traditional evolutionary algorithm has , but also has the “user's evaluation” .The RS-IEA can solve the commercial poster designing problems and obtain the perfect design .
